It’s hard to believe the new recruitment cycle is right around the corner! Summer has flown by, and it’s time to gear up for the 2025/2026 College Fair season.
This fall, we’re excited to host one of our most packed calendars yet, with 26 Iowa ACAC-sponsored fairs on the schedule. We’re also offering a robust spring calendar, featuring 12 additional fairs across the state. These events are prime opportunities to meet students, build connections, and recruit your future classes. Are you ready to hit the road? If you haven’t registered yet, the priority deadline is August 15. Don’t miss it! Registrations submitted after that date will incur a $300 late fee, so be sure to secure your spot soon.
Once your school is registered, don’t forget to purchase your StriveScan credits and begin prepping your materials.
- Have your viewbooks been refreshed?
- Did you ever track down that missing tabletop banner from last year?
- How are the tablecloths looking? Do they need a quick refresh?
- Now is the time to take stock and be ready to hit the ground running, with fairs kicking off on Monday, September 8th!
Our site hosts are already hard at work behind the scenes to make sure each fair runs smoothly. These events take a great deal of coordination, and we’re incredibly grateful for their time and effort. While you're out on the road this year, please remember to complete your fair surveys.
