A FREE leadership conference for underrepresented freshmen, sophomores, and juniors in Iowa. L.E.A.P. empowers underrepresented students to understand the life-long rewards that come from leadership, good decision-making, and academic success. Participants will attend breakout sessions designed to encourage and equip students for life beyond high school. 

Participants will have the option of attending breakout sessions of their choice that are designed to encourage and equip students for life beyond high school.
